This once-grand, six-bedroom estate was being used as a ‘standing set’ for movies; often filling the role of a haunted mansion. Many celebrities have graced its Gothic halls, Lady Gaga, David Bowie, Lana Del Rey, Ewan McGregor, Christina Aguilera, Tori Kelly, Chainsmokers, Natalie La Rose, Dillon Francis, Queen and Slim and so many more…

Much of the furniture, decorative objects and clothing have been filmed over and over to enhance a decorator’s Victorian vibe. You now have the chance to buy a piece of Hollywood history and bring some of its vintage glamor home with you.

As the old saying goes “a picture is worth a thousand words” and a “thousand words” cannot convey the enormous amount of content this grand old house has.

A brief list:

There is an eclectic array of artwork, lithographs, antique oil paintings, studio artwork, posters, Asian – Chinese and Japanese art, a huge Chinese painting on silk of Quing Emperors entourage, a enormous early 19thcentury Italian oil painting of the Holy Family, vintage tapestries, large vases, lots of clothing, old studio costumes, vintage furs, vintage hand bags, shoes, hats, bedding, ornate metal figural statues – lamps, taxidermy, silver plated serving pieces, quaint knick – knacks, frames, crystal lamps, beer steins, glassware, vintage kitchen items, vintage electric stove, 50’s Jadeite green chrome kitchen table, wine cooler, newer washer and dryer, etc.

There is a dungeon style basement jammed packed full of old wood, furniture parts, tools, props, flats, scenic backdrops, T stands and architectural fragments.

The attic is stuffed with overflowing boxes, with racks of clothing, art, mannequins, dolls, bolts of fabric, sewing notions, piles of chairs and lamps and just about everything a fashion shoot would need!
